Collaborative work ‘Darwin’ at Huddersfield Literature Festival

On Sunday 9th March I will be playing cello in the premiere of a new devised work mixing poetry, music and dance, as part of Huddersfield Literature Festival.

Darwin and the Voyage of HMS Beagle is based around poetry by Andrew Mitchell, and is a collaboration between Mitchell, dancer- choregrapher Rachel Fullegar, cellist Natalie Halliday and myself. The piece follows our previous collaboration, A Byron Elegy.
